Yesterday was our thirteenth wedding anniversary! It's amazing to me that we have been married that long; it seems like just yesterday when Phil was whisking me away from my teaching job in Chicago for the beginning of our life together. It is so true the saying about time flying . . . I'm looking forward to 13+ more years of fun together!

Yvette, I have been reading a few of latest posts and your journey to Kate is very inspiring. I recently miscarried at 12 weeks and we have been talking about adopting since the docs told us it would be difficult for me to carry to full term (it was my second miscarriage). The only thing holding us back riht now is the $ part. I hope Kate gets to your lovely household soon.
